Please take note:
All classes are limited to 20 students. In order to reserve a space in the class, you must submit the registration information and either full payment or a deposit of $650. Remainder of payment of $2,300 must be paid 15 working days prior to the start of the course. MASSM reserves the right to terminate enrollment if the unpaid balance is not received prior to the due date. All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. Cancellations and/or changes made less than 15 working days prior to the course start date will result in the loss of the deposit. Checks should be made payable to MASSM. Credit card payments can be made by calling 1- 800-SleepRx extension 156.
